24HR WATER DAMAGE RESTORATION provides a complete solution to water damage on your property. We specialize In
any situation. If it's a water heater, a broken pipe or a major catastrophe such as a major storm.
in case of any event, All
Pro Service is ready to solve any major issues on your property . We are open 24hr a day 7 days a week.

This is what we do:

1. Initial survey and evaluate safety

Assess the extent of the damage and determine hazardous areas such as: carpet damage, tile, wall sheetrock,
foundation, electrical, plumbing, HVAC. Water damage could affect all these areas (Depends on how long and how much
water has entered your property) We'll check to see that the water source has been stopped before starting restoration
procedures. Establish a work schedule and what we will be doing while on the job. Insurance questions will be
answered

2. Prevent content and secondary damage

Some furniture can permanently stain carpets, we must move them as well as other objects as soon as possible.
Important and valuable books, documents, and other appliances may need to be removed. We will assess the amount of
work and how long it would take. We must know of previous scratches on the floor or on vinyl before we commit to any
work. If any items such as delicate items (pianos, pool tables etc) will have to be moved by a professional company.

3. Develop a scope

We can determine the level of water migration
by using moisture sensors, penetrating meters, thermo hygrometers and
psychometric analysis . We evaluate the category of water loss. It could be clean water damage with very little or no
harm to humans such as appliance malfunctions involving water lines, melting snow, falling rainwater, broken toilet
tanks, toilet bowls that do not contain contaminants. It could be gray water which contains a high level of contamination.
It has the potential to cause discomfort or sickness if consumed or exposed to humans.
Carries microorganisms and nutrients for microorganisms. Carpet cushion affected must be removed and properly
disposed of. Gray water sources may include, discharge from dishwashers, washing machines, toilet bowl with feces,
sum pump failures, seepage due to hydrostatic pressure, broken aquariums, and punctured water beds. Gray water may
contain chemicals, bio contaminants (fungal, bacterial, viral, algae) and other forms of contamination including physical
hazards and is unsuitable for consumption. Black water which contains pathogenic agents (disease causing agents)
and is grossly unsanitary includes sewage and other contaminated water sources affecting the indoor environment.
toilet back flows that originate beyond the toilet trap is considered black water contaminated. All forms of seawater,
ground surface water, rising waters from rivers and streams. These water sources carry silt and organic matter.
Pesticides, heavy metals, toxic organic substances are considered black water.

If needed a scientific study of organisms too small to the naked eye will be performed ( fungi, bacteria, protozoan,
viruses, algae, fungi/mold)

4. EXTRACTION / MONITORING / RESTORATION

            1. We use a high speed 4 jet industrial wand with a negative airflow extraction of 45 to 85 gallons per minute to
remove water from not too deep surfaces. the light wand is best for intimal extraction, contain water migration, constant
downward pressure.
If necessary we could use sealed extraction tools for even pile carpet and weighted drag tools for glued down carpet.
In addition to the wand extraction, we use a commercial squeegees with suctions of up to 25 gallons per minute.
Our industrial extractors remove water with up to 95 gallons per minute.
Our industrial truck mount units have a powerful positive displacement vacuum blower which provides extremely high
lift and over 650 cfm of heat. We also have large submersible pumps ( 2800GPH) for standing water.

            2. As the water is extracted with our equipment we continue to monitor the containment of migrating water. With
all these tools water is removed from deep within the carpet and cushion. Dehumidifiers and turbo dry air movers will
remove moisture from the air and return dry air inside the damaged areas. Dessicants could be used to produce low
vapor pressure with temperatures below 50F

            3.  Monitoring and inspection procedures must follow our dry standards specific to the structure we are working
in. To obtain a dry standard , we take readings of materials In unaffected buildings like your own home or business. A
dry standard is the most reliable method for establishing a drying goal. Monitoring progress during The restorations
process will tell us humidity levels, reduction In moisture content, measure moisture content In wood (surface moisture,
fiber saturation) and permeance ( the ability for water vapor to travel through a material). Lastly, our daily humidity
record moisture condition charts, and our record of drying conditions chart will tell us that the structure is back to its pre
loss stage.

            4. Carpet and flooring is replaced whenever the damage is extensive and it's absolutely necessary. Please note
that this is only performed when every area is completely dry. All your belongings can be returned to their locations and
a final walk through of the project is performed. Any questions that you may have will be answered If all these steps are
followed during a major catastrophe then The project will be a success. Please note that some of these steps can be
modified if the extent of the damage is not that severe.
