Before we start we inspect your carpet for any soil and permanent accumulation of stains. then we
vacuum the area and move light furniture. We'll apply a natural non chemical overspray to loosen
the carpet. Then we apply natural emulsifiers wtih a natural organic enzymatic solution to bring
out all the dirt, microscopic allergens, pollen, mites, bacteria and antigens from deep inside your
carpet, then we follow with a water softener steam generating over 250 degrees (temp may be
reduced due to age of carpet). Afterwards, we apply our turbo air movers to dry your carpet in a
matter of minutes.

With our systems we can remove any stains, spots,pet urine, odors, blood, dirt accumulated over
the years can be removed in a matter of minutes. We can remove ink, oils, grease, gum, juice,
juice spills, odors from over and under the carpet. In certain cases we will replace the areas that
have been damaged (addiditional charge).

After the cleaning is done we rake groom the carpet for better appeal and walk the carpet with you
to answer any questions you may have and signature of completion of service.
