Odors, urine and bad smells of any kind can be neutralized.
Odors and urine come from within the pile of the carpet or from within the carpet padding. The attention given to the problem is essential for the successful removal of the odors. If you let it stain the carpet then the urine becomes more alkaline and it is more difficult to remove. the carpet loses its color because the ammonia compounds begin to take over the natural dyes of the carpet and the carpet is stained.
First apply a white damp rag or towel to absorb as much urine as possible. Please put pressure to absorb as much as possible. Do not apply any chemicals or solvents. Call us right away to clean it up for you. Remember urine is very acidic. When it's cleaned right away with a strong protectant the urine is removed with very little or any stain at all and without any odors.
Odors and urine can be difficult to remove. However, we believe the best approach is to inject a neutralizing solution (antibacterial solutions, high enzymatic solutions and antimicrobial solutions) into the padding of the carpet then apply a suction pressuring device called a water claw that puts pressure on the area to remove as much of the odor as possible and at the same time release a neutralizer to remove the odor. the antiacterial (microbial), enzymatic solutions are applied again for a the final application.
For older carpet odors and stains and extremely difficult to remove odors and stains we have another method. The other method is to replace the padding of the carpet ( the section affected by the odor and stain) ). Do not be alarmed, we can take care of these situations since we carry all carpet and padding necessary for these situations. Any carpet or padding replacement will have to be approved by the client prior to service.
